Wilfrid Laurier University, Psychology, Year 3
What I love to do for self-care is going on walks around my neighborhood. It really allows for myself to gather and reflect on my thoughts. It’s a great way to get outside, get fresh air, clear your mind, and get those steps in!
I am currently in Year 2 at Laurier in the Psychology program
I have recently tried meditating and I find it very relaxing and calming. I also think taking time out of the day to check in with yourself is very beneficial. This picture below is of my dog Kendall and I. Animals are great for our mental health and some dogs can even tell when your having a bad day!
Best way to reach me is at my school email.
